We are looking for self-motivated and well-spoken individuals to join our sales team by adding Inside Sales Representatives. This person will be responsible for growing our channel partners and supporting our Regional Sales Managers in their territories.

As a successful Inside Sales Representative, you should be able to build an instant rapport, have a competitive mindset, and be a good listener to and achieve customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow an existing customer base of channel partners, by increasing share of wallet, as well as, adding new channel partners.

· Pro-actively generate meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of OpenEye.

· Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.

· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

· Comfortable talking with prospects and internal/external customers and building relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue.

· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

· Successfully explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

· Researching and qualifying new leads.

· Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

· Highly Motivated and self-starting individuals with a desire to create a career at OpenEye.

· High school diploma/GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.

· Salesforce.com and Outreach experience is a plus but can be trained.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

· Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Strong listening and sales skills.

· Ability to achieve targets.

· The pay for this opportunity is $22.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for an on-target commission of about $15,000 annually.
